Bircle is a social enterprise whose goals are to enable wheelchair users to travel and move around the territory in a serene way, through an innovative and detailed tool.
Bircle is a mobile application where the motor disabled or his companion, can buy the most suitable guides to their their own requirements.
The guides provide specific information about the points of cultural, historical and tourism interest and accessibility evaluation of each individual places.
Guides can be both focused on single issues, areas of interest and geographic areas. The editors of Bircle collaborates on each guide with disability experts and associations.

Each selected location includes the analysis of the aspects of accessibility declined for the various types of motor disability.
The rating system of routes and individual locations is based on a universal language (symbols) that allows wheelchair users and their carers to assess and check the degree of accessibility of buildings and facilities and find services tailored to individual needs.
